5s of Good House Keeping

Introduction

This program will help a participant implement the 5S of Good Housekeeping by providing an in-depth guide as well as the principles behind each step. The effectiveness of the implementation is supported through a run-down of best practices, an in-placed evaluation system, and principles on how to get a buy-in from the employees.
