Assistant Account Manager
Reports To: The [Assistant Account Manager] will report to [Sales Manager].
Job Overview: The primary job responsibility of the assistant account manager is to manage the key clients of the company and maintain a healthy relationship with them.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Generating and qualifying leads from cold calling/desktop research
- Managing, tracking and following up on leads by calling them
- Conducting sales/product presentations over the phone/meetings
- Meeting monthly and quarterly sales goals/targets in accordance with set goals
- Creating and updating activity reports
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
- Maintain Sales Database on a daily basis
- Suggest in marketing / promotional ideas for the company’s services
- Suggest useful digital platform present the company’s products and services to boost the sales
- Manage the Company’s relations with your accounts/clients
- Support in the development of marketing collaterals
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
- Good knowledge of digital marketing will be added advantage
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
