Introduction

This half-day course is designed to provide knowledge about Quality Management Systems based on ISO 9001: 2015

At the end of the training, participants are expected to:

  • Know the paradigm of process approach and risk-based thinking;
  • Understand the requirements on how to establish, maintain, implement and continually improve a quality management system
