Scenario 01 — Award contracts for providers which have bids to supply goods to facilities in many locations/destinations provisioning for bids to be made for the minimum size of each location.
Scenario 02 – Perform Inventory Stocking / Reordering process with intent to optimally achieve or equate existing inventory stocking and reordering guidelines to the company defined EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) model.
Scenario 03 – Total Advertising Cost Model. Ascertain the level of advertising which needs to be contracted in different media to minimize and reduce total costs based on the defined degree of reach or frequency.
Scenario 04 – Transport Model. Decide how much amount is required to be paid to Various suppliers for shipment of items from various locations/warehouses to be delivered to different plants/warehouses with the final objective of reducing total costs all shipping and procurement costs.
