Introduction

The Statistical Process Control (SPC) is vital to determine the productivity of the process. It’s a tool to know if a new process or an old one is improving or not.  It’s is widely recognized and used in the business industry to ensure quality in process delivery and productivity.

This SPC training aims to provide a tool for organizations which are focused on operating in high production and excellence to deliver better results and performance. 

This 2-day training program will help participants to use SPC tool as a way to enhance process within their organization.  Tools and concepts will be taught which they could readily apply in their own workspaces. It is highly recommended that each participant bring a laptop to facilitate pencil-pushing.

At the culmination of this training, participants are expected to:

  • Know the importance of using statistical process control tools;
  • Learn on how to use and apply the different SPC tools and techniques; and
  • Detect if the process is within the state of statistical control or not and capable or not, thus, helping the participant to decide whether corrective actions are needed or not.
