Job Description: We are looking for a candidate with strong account management skills, solutions-minded thinking, troubleshooting skills, retention expertise, and effective soft-skills management backgrounds. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Interacts with customers to identify their business requirements.
  • Develops business strategies to meet client needs and close sales.
  • Provides client support services in timely, accurately and professional manner.
  • Builds strong customer relationship, develop rapport & act as liaison between the company & the client
  • Maintains existing client base and generate potential leads.
  • Manages private and government project biddings
  • Analyzes client issues and provide corrective actions.
  • Obtains client feedback and recommend service improvements.
  • Works closely with Managers to strengthen client relationships.
  • Develops innovative approaches to improve client service efficiency.
  • Assists management in preparing budgets, proposals and client presentations.
  • Maintains a database of client service and communication documents.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, business or communication courses preferred.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales and Client Relations – Corporate or equivalent
  • Experience in vendor accreditation and private and government biddings is a plus
  • Knowledge and/or experience in corporate sustainability consulting preferred but not required
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload efficiently and meet strict deadlines.
  • Great analytical and innovative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Can work effectively on escalations to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • CRM/HubSpot experience is a plus.

Job Description: As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will plan, manage and oversee all aspects of a digital marketing campaign, including planning digital campaigns, and measuring the performance analytics of those campaigns. You will provide creative solutions for the brand and determine unique ways on improving awareness of the company to drive sales.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assists in the development and growth of our social media and online content marketing campaigns. You will focus on creating, implementing, tracking and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across various digital channels
  • Develops high quality content across a range of digital media channels (including social media, websites, and email)
  • Launch, manage and optimize lead generation campaigns
  • Manage ongoing email marketing including regular newsletters
  • Create content and write blog posts.
  • Create content for newsletters and promotions.
  • Create and post content on our social media pages.
  • Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective social strategies when needed
  • Establish goal and key metrics
  • Provides recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated 1-2 years of experience creating and managing social media content, website content, email marketing and paid media
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Digital Marketing or equivalent.
  • Organized with extreme attention to detail
  • Experience with Microsoft and Google Suites, Excel, Photoshop, Adobe, InDesign
