
JOB DESCRIPTION
As an Associate Consultant – Sustainability, you will be responsible for helping clients measure, manage, and communicate their sustainability performance. You will work with clients to understand their sustainability goals and help them develop strategies to achieve these goals. You will also be responsible for preparing sustainability reports that accurately reflect the client’s sustainability performance.
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with clients to develop sustainability strategies and goals
- Conduct sustainability assessments to identify key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Analyze and interpret sustainability data to develop insights and recommendations for clients
- Create sustainability reports that accurately reflect client performance and align with recognized reporting standards (e.g., GRI, SASB)
- Provide guidance to clients on how to communicate sustainability performance effectively
- Prepare presentations, documentaries to create sustainability awareness
- Work closely with partners in delivering the projects
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in sustainability, environmental science, business, or a related field
- 3 or more years of experience in sustainability or reporting or related field
- Strong understanding of sustainability principles, reporting standards, and regulations
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain complex sustainability issues to non-experts
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with sustainability reporting software and tools is a plus
