Industry: Oil & Petroleum – Fuel Retail & Logistics
Location: Philippines
Focus Areas: GRI Reporting, Climate Risk Strategy, Renewable Transition Readiness, Supply Chain Transparency
A nationwide fuel retail and logistics company was facing pressure from global partners and local government agencies to align with climate targets.
While the company had begun exploring e-mobility partnerships and fuel efficiency programs, it had no way to demonstrate progress or strategic intent through reporting.
Franchise partners and logistics clients began requesting ESG data, and internal leadership needed a plan to communicate how the company would remain viable in a decarbonizing economy.
We led the company through a materiality assessment to define ESG priorities and developed a GRI-based sustainability report focused on decarbonization, efficiency, and resilience. We also incorporated elements of IFRS S2 to disclose climate risks and response strategies—including transition planning, renewable partnerships, and low-carbon fuel exploration.
The final report featured actionable KPIs, milestones, and a roadmap toward a more sustainable operating model.
This company proved that reporting isn’t about proving perfection—it’s about showing direction. With a clear roadmap, they built trust with the very partners who will help them lead in a low-carbon future.
In the face of rising climate demands, transparency is the first step toward transformation. Let’s build your roadmap—and your report—with purpose and precision.
