Our story
Founded in 2017 as Gaia Corporate Sustainability Solutions, Inc.
GCSS, Inc. began as Gaia Corporate Sustainability Solutions, Inc. — a small Philippine consultancy with one conviction: that sustainability reporting could be more than a compliance exercise, and that locally led firms could deliver it better than imported playbooks.
Nearly a decade in, we’ve co-built more than forty-five sustainability and ESG reports for publicly listed Philippine companies across banking, telecom, mining, FMCG, energy, healthcare, real estate and conglomerates — from first materiality assessment through to assurance.
Today we remain a lean, expert-driven team. Filipino-run, globally aligned, and built around long partnerships rather than transactional decks.
